According to the Maritime Self-Defense Force, a cargo ship came into contact with the Maritime Self-Defense Force’s submarine “Soryu” off the coast of Cape Ashizuri in Kochi Prefecture around 11:00 am on the 8th. Three submarine crew members were slightly injured by the Maritime Self-Defense Force
